Satisfaction Guarantee - One-Time Replacement:

  • We want you to love your artwork! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your print, simply let us know within 30 days, and we’ll offer you a different print of your choice - at no extra cost. Our Satisfaction Guarantee ensures you're never stuck with a purchase you're not completely thrilled with.

No Returns or Exchanges:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our digital wall art. Once the digital file has been downloaded or delivered to you, it cannot be returned.

Non-Refundable:

  • All sales of digital wall art are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review the product details, dimensions, and previews before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations

File Inspection:

  • Before finalizing your purchase, please carefully inspect the preview images and product description to ensure that the digital wall art meets your specifications and preferences.

Damaged or Defective Files:

  • In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective digital files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at studio@sweetpixelcreations.com. We will review the issue and, if verified, provide you with replacement digital files at no additional cost.

Unauthorized Use:

  • The purchased digital wall art is for personal use only and is subject to copyright protection. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of the digital file is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation:

  • Orders for digital wall art are processed immediately upon purchase. Therefore, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

EU Consumers - Right of Withdrawal:

  • If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by completing your purchase of digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as the digital content delivery begins immediately upon purchase.
